Samira is a highly accomplished finance and accounting professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade. With master’s degrees in Business Administration, Finance Management, and Electrical Engineering, Samira seamlessly blends analytical precision with strategic insight to drive exceptional results. 

In 2024, Samira co-founded Global Getaway LLC with Luis Gaura, a company dedicated to real estate investments specializing in deeds and liens. Through Global Getaway LLC, Samira has leveraged her financial acumen and meticulous research skills to identify and capitalize on high-potential investment opportunities. Her strategic approach and innovative thinking have been instrumental in driving the company’s rapid growth in the competitive real estate market. With a strong focus on creating value and building lasting partnerships, Global Getaway LLC is quickly establishing itself as a trusted name in the industry.

Luis Guerra is a seasoned Real Estate investor with over 15 years of experience. Since purchasing his first home in 2004, he has expanded his portfolio to include duplexes, a triplex, and multiple single-family homes, amassing several million dollars as a personal investor. Luis’s deep knowledge of the industry has fueled his passion for buy-and-hold strategies as well as tax lien and deed investing, which he now pursues alongside his business partner Samira at Global Getaway LLC. 

In addition to his success in Real Estate, Luis has enjoyed a remarkable career as a music composer, contributing to acclaimed shows like Revisionist History and Freakonomics Radio. 

Bilingual in Spanish and English, Luis holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin. His multifaceted expertise and entrepreneurial drive have made him a respected figure in both the Real Estate and entertainment spaces.
